Cheri and Sue,

I can't imagine all the hard work you guys have put in to selling and buying our new home.  Last night I think Harry and I were so worried about this all week we could only feel relief.  This morning I feel the excitement and I can’t believe it’s all happening!  I really feel like calling all my family and friends and say “We’re moving!”  I e-mailed my boss yesterday and he was so happy for us.
I can't believe we have a buyer for our home. You know we were ready to take a break. I think it wasn't the physical aspect of keeping the house on the market, as much as the emotional stress
on both Harry and I.  The constant worry of if we could move...  We had almost given up hope.  I can't tell you how many countless prayers went out.  So this has been the best week we've had in a long time, thank you.

When Harry and I were discussing the possibility of us taking a break, I was struck by the idea that I really wanted you guys to sell this house.  I felt you had worked so hard and really tried to steer us through this market where things were so unpredictable.  I knew that we were going through a market that was so strange, I was surprised that you guys could even figure it out.  But you did. 

I can't thank you enough for all your strength and endurance through this whole process.  You and Sue have really pulled us through this huge challenge. You are very tough women  and I was so glad you were on our team.

Cheri Stephens and Sue Kabalin are outstanding in their profession. They are very personable, kind and understanding.  They are responsive to their clients needs. They are very familiar with all the forms and how they need to be filled out. They have established working relationships with repair personnel, so repairs are made in a timely manner. They have been in business long enough; that they are very in tune with the current market.

Just a quick note to thank you for the great job you did getting our house sold. We had a big decision to make and you helped us make the right one. I could not believe we sold the house the first weekend you had it open. Your recommendations and pricing were right on. As you know I was stressing out during the entire transaction. It was just all to good to be true and I was just sure something was going to go wrong. It never did.
